Shipping Policy

We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Domestic Orders less than $50 will ship for $4.80.

Please allow 5-10 BUSINESS days AFTER your order has been RECEIVED to be fulfilled THEN shipped.

Keep in mind business days do NOT include the initial day that you ordered, personal days, holidays or weekends.

Please allow additional processing time during holiday periods and major sales.

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery during the holiday season is typically 7 to 10 business days from the ship date.

Please understand that once USPS is in possession of your order, they are now responsible for your package. Although we will try our best to resolve the matter, Adele’s Garden Of Love is NOT liable/responsible for any packages that become lost/stolen/damaged/or delayed during transit.

As of August 23, 2021, in the event your package is returned to our warehouse due to any reason on your behalf (missing address, inadequate address, forwarded address, etc) a reshipment fee of $4.80 will be required for your package to reshipped. Should you decline, a refund will be provided minus $4.80 for the inconvenience.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order; however we understand if a product doesn't work out for you. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot except returns of any kind nor do we offer website credit. All sales are final and we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
